1. What makes Butterful unique?
Butterful is known for their indulgent and healthy qualities. Made with premium quality ingredients, our spreads are free from preservatives and refined sugar. We offer a guilt-free and flavourful treat that is sure to satisfy your cravings.
2. Are Butterful products returnable?
No, our products are non-returnable as they are food items. However, we do consider refunds under certain conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired or damaged product delivered
- Quality issues
If you encounter any of the above circumstances, please send detailed images of the packaging and contents of the box to sales@butterful.in within 48 hours of delivery. A full or partial refund may be initiated based on the situation.
3. What happens if the wrong product is delivered?
If the wrong product is delivered, we will arrange for a reverse-pickup of the order and deliver the correct product to you.
4. What is the process for refunds due to quality issues?
If you have a quality complaint, we will arrange for a reverse-pickup of the product from you. Once we receive the product, it will undergo a quality check. If it is found to be faulty or sub-standard, a full refund or replacement may be initiated at the sole discretion of Butterful. Refunds will be deposited back to your account within the stipulated time set by your bank, usually 3-7 working days.
5. How do you handle shipping?
We work in partnership with trusted national courier companies to ensure seamless and perfect deliveries to your home. Our packaging includes glass jars and environmentally friendly honeycomb paper wrap, with minimal use of plastic. Here are our usual operating timelines:
- Order dispatch: Within 24-48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays).
- Delivery within Delhi NCR: Allow 2 days after dispatch.
- Delivery outside Delhi NCR: Allow 3-4 days after dispatch.
