Grilled Sandwich

Just as the name suggests, it is a perfect combo of melted cheese and yummy Butterful Peanut Butter! An ideal filler lunch, a delicious brunch, or a light weeknight dinner!

This is a classic, hearty, and filling sandwich filled to the brim with vegetables, and melted cheese.

Ingredients

8 bread slices
4 cheese slices
4 tablespoons Butterful peanut butter (we used salt & pepper peanut butter)
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 large bell pepper
1 large tomato
1/2 large cucumber
1 large-sized onion
Black or green olives
3-4 tablespoons boiled corn kernels
Salt & dried herbs to taste

    Instructions 

    Step 1:

    Slice all veggies and keep them aside.

    Step 2:

    Mix tomato ketchup, mayonnaise and dried herbs in a bowl.

    Step 3:

    Spread 1 tablespoon of Butterful Peanut Butter on one bread slice and mayonnaise mix on the other.

    Step 4:

    Place cheese on one bread slice and top the peanut butter smeared bread with all the veggies.

    Step 5:

    Cover the veggie topped bread slice with the other bread slice and press the sandwich.

    Step 6:

    Grill in a hot sandwich maker, or on a stove top until bread is crisp, and the cheese melts.
