Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Butterful creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup flaxseed
- 4 tablespoon pumpkin seed
- 4 tablespoon chia seed
- 4 tablespoon sunflower seed
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup/honey

Instructions
- Step 1: Slightly roast the seeds on low flame. Roast the oats until golden in colour.
- Step 2: Mix everything together in a bowl. Add chocolate chips, shredded coconut, peanut butter.
- Step 3: Spread it evenly onto a parchment paper, cut it in bars and bake it in the oven at 160° for 10 mins & voila!
