  • Ingredients

    • 8 bread slices
    • 4 cheese slices
    • 4 tablespoons Butterful peanut butter (we used salt & pepper peanut butter)
    • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
    • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 1/2 large bell pepper
    • 1 large tomato
    • 1/2 large cucumber
    • 1 large-sized onion
    • Black or green olives
    • 3-4 tablespoons boiled corn kernels
    • Salt & dried herbs to taste
  • Instructions 

    • Step 1: Slice all veggies and keep them aside.
    • Step 2: Mix tomato ketchup, mayonnaise and dried herbs in a bowl.
    • Step 3: Spread 1 tablespoon of Butterful Peanut Butter on one bread slice and mayonnaise mix on the other.
    • Step 4: Place cheese on one bread slice and top the peanut butter smeared bread with all the veggies.
    • Step 5: Cover the veggie topped bread slice with the other bread slice and press the sandwich.
    • Step 6: Grill in a hot sandwich maker, or on a stove top until bread is crisp, and the cheese melts.
